Booking Forms

Hello and welcome to our bookings page. Please can you follow the steps below:

Step I: Click on the enquiries form and download for editing.

Step 2: Check our Gallery page for a preview of where we can best assist you with your booking enquiry. Would it be a room or Hall, think of the number of attendees, will you need the kitchen and the coffee lounge for catering use.

Step3: Complete & Return your enquiry form so we can check our diary for your booking criteria. (

Step 4: Wait for a reply from Zoe (Office Manager )or Martin (Deputy office Manager) or one of our Office Support Team. We can arrange a viewing of the Hall or Room as well as discuss the booking in general.

Step 5: Wait for us to agree your booking is confirmed by email or telephone.

Step 6: We will ask you to complete a booking form either by downloading and editing and returning it to us in the office, or alternatively we can do this part in the office.

Step7: You will then need to pay your refundable deposit by cash or cheque in the office.

Step 8: You can pay the balance of your hire by Cash or Card in the office.

If you wish to reply via email, then please give us as much information that you can. We need the date and contact telephone number and the booking details, for communication by email. Please be patient with us and we will reply as soon as possible.
